Product Review - Norwex Ultra Plus Laundry Detergent
As customers approach the table, we ask them if they have a top-load or a front-load washer. For a top-load washer, you use 1 scoop of detergent per load, ie: one sample pack. But for a front-load washer, you only use 1/2 tsp. of laundry detergent! Therefore, the sample pack we are handing them will actually do 8 loads of laundry!
It's really funny to watch the look on their faces and also how many times we have to repeat it until they actually believe that we aren't totally confused.
You see, the Norwex Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent is a highly concentrated super stain removing powder that is biodegradable and contains no perfume or fillers. It is gentle enough for newborns laundry or people with sensitive skin or eczema. A 1kg. bag currently costing $20.99 plus tax will do up to 40 loads of laundry in a top-loading washing machine. (double that if you use the magnet ball as you use only 1/2 the amount of detergent) NB: The magnet ball can't be used in front-loading machines.
For a front-loading washing-machine using only 1/2 tsp. per load, that same 1kg. bag will do approximately 320 loads of laundry. Just toss it right in on top of your clothes instead of putting in through the dispenser. The amount is so minute that it doesn't even make it down through the dispensing system.

Lately I noticed that I seemed to be going through a lot of detergent but finally nailed the culprit.
Despite his protests, I just couldn't see fit to ban him from the laundry room so we'll just have to keep him on the training program. Oh well.....
This is definitely great Laundry Detergent. Give your old detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets to someone you really don't like and go totally healthy and green in your laundry room!

Norwex Laundry Pre-Wash
With the introduction of the Laundry Pre-Wash, Norwex has solved the problem of the messy paste and given us a pre-wash that is non-toxic, works and is easy to use. I wholly endorse this new addition to the product line.
Attributes of the Laundry Pre-Wash:
- It comes in a 250 ml. (8 oz.) bottle
- It is formulated with all-natural enzymes
- It is a triple-action laundry pre-wash to penetrate, dissolve and eliminate on contact a variety of stains and soil in fabrics.
- It helps remove tough stains that detergent alone cannot.-
- It is fast-acting. The spray dissolves stains and breaks them down before they set in, making them easier to remove in an ordinary wash cycle.

- Turn nozzle to spray position; remove excess organic matter; then spray directly onto stain, soaking the fabric.

- For extra tough stains, repeat spraying and launder again.
- Before drying the garment, make sure the stain is removed.

- Vegetable-based enzymes biodegrade stains (grass, grease, feces, urine, blood and other organic matter) and break them down into natural elements like oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon.
- These natural compounds integrate into the environment, rather than polluting it.
- Pre-Wash penetrates the stain and safely loosens the root of the organic matter, allowing the enzymes to do their job.
- The enzyme formulation then completely digests the organic material, so there is no place for bacteria or is odours to grow.
- Keep out of the reach of children
- In case of eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, call a physician.
- Store at room temperature.
- Do not allow contents to exceed 77 deg. C. (170 deg. F.) or enzymes will become inactive.
